At 76 I wondered whether it was ‘too late’ to start the RCP, but the program helped me right from the beginning. I no longer have dry eyes, my energy is much better, and the food-based supplements are simpler and more effective than the random things I was taking before. My first blood donation was easy and to my surprise much quite energizing. I am delighted to be feeling so good!
Moneca is a wonderful guide and teacher. I’m impressed with her kindness, her professionalism, and with the depth of her knowledge, not only of the RCP but of health in general. I began the RCP with Moneca at the end of 2022, ramping up slowly with the starts after struggling with weight gain, hormonal imbalance, brain fog, fatigue, and lack of motivation. As of writing this, I’ve been doing almost the full RCP now for the past 2-3 months. I just had my reproductive hormones and thyroid tested and my numbers have much improved! And this is all with just doing the RCP, eating ancestrally, and getting good movement in 5-6 times a week. I haven’t been looking at the scale, but I did step on yesterday and I’ve also lost 15 pounds since starting the RCP (and that includes adding muscle mass as I’ve been working on strength training as well).
The puffiness in my face is MUCH reduced, which was one of my goals – I’m back to recognizing myself again in the mirror and I feel better than I have in years! As a result, I’ve had the energy to launch some new programs for my business which I’ve had in mind for the last year but just no energy or brain clarity to even think about formulating them, let alone launching them. I just saw a friend yesterday and she said “you are absolutely glowing!” and I attribute that 100% to the RCP and these lifestyle changes.

I can’t say enough about Mountain Thrive and how much it has helped my life. After coming off anxiety medication, my monthly cycle began to go haywire. I was put on steroids and other medications to normalize things. As soon as I would normalize, I would be taken off medication and then go back to how things were previously. Shortly after that, I found out that my thyroid levels were fluctuating, and the option presented to me was to go on a new medication for the rest of my life to help my thyroid function. After working so hard to get off my anxiety medication, the last thing I wanted was to be dependent on medication for the rest of my life.
I will always be so grateful for Moneca and all that she did to help me take back control of my health. I have worked with Moneca for several years.
Even though I was drinking a lot of water, I didn’t realize that the cells in my body weren’t hydrating. We started by adding minerals to my water – a little at a time. The headaches that had been frequent disappeared. I needed less water when I exercised.
