What to expect from a consultation and pricing

During the full 90-minute full RCP consultation we spend the first 20 minutes going over past and present stressors. The following hour plus is spent discussing HTMA, full monty lab results, and how to implement the RCP in the best way for you at the present time. All consultations are done via Zoom video conferencing.

The fee for the full 90-minute RCP consultation is $250. My fee for a follow-up consultation of 60-minutes is $150. For clients younger than 13 yo, the fee for the full 90-minute consultation is $150 and blood labs are not used. Because I am a RN, you may be able to utilize a flexible spending account through your insurance plan to be reimbursed for the consultation fee, or perhaps claim it as a tax write-off. You will have to contact your insurance carrier or tax preparer to obtain advice and instruction on how this can be done.

I provide email support for brief questions every two weeks for 3 months following the full 90-minute RCP consultation because I find that clients are most successful when this is provided to them. After that point, a 60-minute follow-up consultation (with or without full monty/labs) may be purchased for $150 whenever more support is desired or needed. During follow-up consultations we continue to support your progress, look at your individual red flag symptoms that indicate balance is being disturbed, discuss advanced ways to read the body’s signals, consider liver support, utilize lymphatic opening, and discuss whether parasites are an issue for you.

For those who are just starting the RCP, I do offer a 45-minute introductory consultation for a $100 fee. General questions are answered and we discuss how to best implement the RCP. This is a wonderful way to start with guidance for some clients as they don’t have to make a large financial commitment for the full consultation with lab charges. Many choose the full 90-minute consultation later on after they have seen improvements and are ready to have testing done. Email support is not included with this consultation.

For those who are new to ancestral diet, I do offer consultation sessions on how to implement this type of eating as well as answer questions that you may have on this topic. Both my parents grew up eating this type of diet in the 1930s and 1940s, one in Ecuador and the other on a farm in Missouri. My own family has been eating an ancestral diet since 2005. The fee for this is $100 for a 45-minute session on Zoom and only covers how to implement an ancestral diet, questions answered regarding ancestral diet, along with resources to find excellent food sources and some simple recipes. Root Cause Protocol is NOT discussed during this consultation. Email support is not included with this consultation.

Testing costs

The full monty blood panel can be purchased through independent labs for $269 to $312, depending on which lab you choose. Coupon codes for 20% off are sometimes available. Il will send you links for ordering these tests when a consultation is purchased.

The fee for HTMA (hair tissue mineral analysis) with purchase of a consultation is $68/$71 and is paid directly to TEI when the hair sample is mailed. I do not “sell” HTMA kits so you pay the same practitioner price I receive directly to TEI.
